Life at the top
Brian started his career in the Mortgage Banking industry in 1988 in Naples, FL, working immediately with an affluent clientele, and he continued his specialty with that client base.
Within only five years, Brian became an Area Manager that oversaw all branches in three Southwest Florida counties, a milestone experienced by few in the industry so quickly. Since then he has held key positions as Bank Manager, Corporate Recruiter, and Regional Manager for the third largest bank in the nation. A sampling of the banks to which he has brought his now well known talent for marketing that resulted in impressive production numbers: Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Wachovia, Countrywide, and Home Banc.
Brian enjoyed a ranking of 94th in the nation for personal sales production (of $96,792,026), and his ability to recruit top producers to whatever bank he was managing. His understanding of the retail needs of the high-end consumer have been the foundation of his top production numbers.
An economic swing of the ax
Seemingly overnight in 2007, everything changed. He went from having an extremely exciting and successful career, being one of the top in the nation in his specialty, and making an ever increasing and quite respectable income to virtually watching his career evaporate.
When the bottom fell out of the housing market practically overnight, the phones quit ringing and jumbo lending froze. The next couple of years were two of the worst Brian had ever seen in his prosperous career. Yet, past clients were calling, and many were experiencing the same financial devastation Brian was able to overcome. Guided to form Exclusive Loan Consultants by the increasing demand for relief, he is now able to help more and more people realign their mortgages so they can stay in their homes, retain their present lifestyles, and help preserve their dignity and standing in their communities.
